Nathan & Jacqueline Dagesse
City Lights LLC is locally owned and operated by Nathan and Jacqueline Dagesse. Both have been residents and volunteers within the City of Winooski. Nathan Dagesse was a Planning Commission Member with the City for the past 3 years and was an active participant through the review of form-based code and recent zoning revisions for the City. Jacqueline volunteered on the Winooski Community Partnership from 2010 until 2014, and focused on both educational offerings and fundraising for the designated downtown.
Nathan and Jacqueline also own and manage a 30-person engineering firm based
in Williston, VT and are partners within a construction management firm. They have a great appreciation for the social, environmental and technical aspects of in-fill redevelopment projects. They have a strong passion for the built environment and it’s benefits within the community.
